Dangerous surf sweeps two people out to ocean

A woman walking with her dog on Linda Mar Beach area of the Pacifica State Beach nearly drowned after being knocked over by what Huntze called a “sneaker wave” around 2 p.m. A man flying a drone in the area saw the wave knock over the woman, and he ran to the area, along with another man who happened to be on the beach
