Drone shotgun?

That's definitely not a drone shotgun. However, it does appear to be a "gun" designed to target drones without firing bullets.

For reference, here's the shotgun that Elisabetta incorrectly identified the pictured device as:

No. Even the earlier versions that looked like a Power Rangers leg scrambled the positioning fix within the drone. That one with the white tray under the muzzle looks like it fires a net.

These guns don't fire anything physical. They only emit signals to disrupt the remote controller and GPS signals.

Here's a front view showing that there's no way for a net (or bullets) to be launched from the gun.

It would unless the GPS signal is also interrupted. With no GPS, the drone would land at its current location.

Those these anti-drone devices are mainly to disrupt small consumer drones?

Not the kind of drones being used in the Ukraine war which carry lethal payloads like grenades?

Basically they want to protect against unauthorized filming of a very high-profile event with world leaders, not against potential attacks?

What would it take to harden drones versus electronic warfare measures to jam the signals?

Or maybe once they block or disrupt GPS in a certain area, most consumer drones would be almost inoperable.

The Prometo 2020 exercise.

During exercise the WATSON handheld long-range multiband Counter-UAS jammer was tested: a new anti-drone jamming gun developed by the CPM company.

The company specs state that it is lightweight and easy to use, developed specifically to protect designated areas from UAS intrusions using the latest jammer technologies to provide the best compromise between performance and size. Light and hand-held, this special “jammer gun” disrupts up to 15 BANDS simultaneously and is capable of cutting off the most common links between the UAS and the operators Satellite Networks (GSSN).

The WATSON can be used as stand alone device or integrated with Radar in a Counter-UAS system. In this case the WATSON, receiving an alert signal by radio, can be guided to the target as an “augmented reality” device.
