Electrical plug to body

Does anyone know the name of the plug in from the top body to the main board? White I believe a 4 or 5 wire plug in. Goes to rear sensors. In need to replace and can't find part

2 of the 5 wires came out of plug to board

That's the plug that the wires came out at the board. Any idea if I can order it or a place to re connect?
