Making new videos have made me lose previous videos due to error 10025 from my mobile auto syncd with mavic mini.
Need to retrieve them through an app or software if possible please. Any help or guidance offered ll be appreciated please.
 
Where are you getting the error 10025, in the DJI Fly app or when you are trying to access the SD card in a PC ?

I used to get the error prompting on DJi Fly app whenever I used to start recording. But videos were getting recorded and played on mobile but as with each day I was recording more videos the previous ones were getting lost from mobile
 
But are they OK on the SD card installed on the AC? What you immediately have on the mobile device is low resolution cache videos. I believe you can later have the high resolution videos located in the AC downloaded to the mobile, but that's on-demand, not automatically or in real time. I don't bother with using the app to retrieve videos or photos, I just copy them off the SD card to a portable 2TB hard-drive using a PC. I don't even bother with the cache videos anymore.

By the way, there is a setting to set how many GB of cache video you want to allow stored on your mobile. When the cache fills to that size, the older cache videos are deleted to make room for the new one.
It's all in the user manual available on the DJI website.

The SD card is totally empty. I just have recent videos in my mobile and on playing previous videos this "!" symbol appeared and again on trying to play it showed no video in mobile gallery. I know mavic mini has no internal storage and the videos must be either on SD card or in mobile but cant trace them anywhere. If you could step wise tell me the procedure to retrieve the videos any method because on connecting the drone through DJI Assisst also showed the recent videos only ???

What drone and controller are you using?
 
error 10025 is an SD card issue, probably need to get a replacement sd card, the old videos would probably be lost as the card seems to be corrupted.

The highest quality videos are recorded to the MM SD card and only a low quality cached version is stored on the phone.
The cache version can be affected by interference as it's transmitted from the AC.
