[EU relevant] Air 2s C1 certified as per amazon Air 3 datasheet - any additional info?

Just found this on the description of the Air 3 on amazon. Item is sold by DJI so pretty "official" info, not a twin product page or stuff like that.
does anybody knows if there are any news on Air 2S certification debate?
