ex-Presidents = TFR?

Ok, I have searched for the hopeful answer, and I haven't seen it to my knowledge. I live in Delaware, and Biden owns 2 residences here, 1 in Greenville - New Castle County, and 1 in Rehoboth Beach - Sussex County. Since Delaware is a small state, this is completely inconvenient when he comes "home". He currently has a 30-mile TFR when he visits.

Now here is my question, when he is finally succeeded as no longer being the resident of the White House, will there still be TFRs here in Delaware around his location?

There may be, but it would only be when he is present. Any TFR is usually much smaller and less restrictive.

The one at the Bush ranch is 1mi radius. I do not see one at Mar a Lago at the present time.

Your situation is nothing new, folks in south Florida are well aware of your plight as well as Texans east of the DFW area.
