FBI investigates mysterious drones spotted over New Jersey

Large car-sized drones are hovering in the sky the entire night? Would such a thing even be possible?

“Airspace is the FBI’s domain.” Really!?
I didn’t see that in my 107 test.

“Car sized drones hovering all night.” !!?? I want those nuclear batteries. (Yes, there is such a thing closely controlled by the Gov’t.)

Throw up an Avata with a Lume Cube and check it out. I cannot believe the FBI didn’t think of that. Maybe it WAS the FBI?

Tethered drones can hover all night, were those things really stationary or at least moving just a short distance as if tethered?People also mistake the planets for drones sometimes- especially Venus. Remember that poor guy who thought it was following him?

Test

There is a military drone that can do this. A a lot more. This is nothing. It is fairly new. It is about the size of a small plane. It is fast. If you saw it flying you would think it was a ufo, if you did not know about it. Think about what you are looking at in the pictures. The color of the lights, FAA night time flying.

THe range on the batteries of the drone is just far more than what our small dji drone can do. Also the drone had a weapon system

It can also hover for a very very very long time....

Gosh, you would think there would be a federal agency in charge of airspace and aircraft safety that would be way out front on this issue, investigating and reporting on such an obvious threat to airspace security and safety. Oh wait. That would be the FAA.

They ARE way out front, there's RID for this correct? RID should catch 99% of the "criminals" that break the drone laws. As soon as they are able to inspect one of those drones, they will be able to read the registration number because it is plainly visible labeled on the outside of the drone and they can pay a visit to the pilot. I am almost positive the honest, innocent civilians are the only ones broadcasting and labeling; certainly we can't be the only ones who comply with the law, right? If these drones don't broadcast and label correctly then I would like to know if and when they will be held accountable for that. If that were me and I flew a couple of drones overheard and night and scaring the neighborhood, I would be in the Garden State Correctional facility before the news story gets published. Why? Because all my details are on file with the government.
