Filming public school garden

Good morning colleagues. I have searched the forum and can not seem to locate an answer to my questions: "Do I need a 107 license to film a outdoor public school garden?" Briefly, I was asked by an ag teacher to take pictures and video of her garden to submit to her school administrators?

If you're flying for someone else, then yes a Part 107 is required because it is not strictly recreational.

But if you did the flight and did video, and posted it to YouTube .... just your own stroll in the park from 50 feet AGL, for your own enjoyment, not for profit, not in furtherance of a business,and she happened to include the link in her report/presentation just because she found it online and it fit in well with her needs.....
