Tonight I had the drone out for some practice. I always had line of site and glad I did, as I repeatedly lost the signal to the DJI app and once to the DroneBase app. This happened with both my iPad mini 4, and iPhone X at two different locations. At my home and at a park 2-3 miles away. No big deal from a safety perspective as I had line of site, but sure would be a bummer if I was trying to get any footage. It was always preceded by an obstacle message, however I was a 100’ up and nothing close.
I downloaded the flight records to have a look and sure enough, the record just stops, but no record of that message. Makes sense as the record came from my device. Is there a way to download something similar from the drone itself?
Suggestions?
