Howdy all
Well unfortunately my body doesn’t have Care Refresh. About 15 years ago I had what is called Maze heart surgery to correct Afib which I was in 100% of the time. Up until a few days ago I had not had any issues with my heart. Then while sleeping I went into Afib Flutter 100% of the time. All my heart rates jumped 25-35 bpm and have stayed that way. My resting heart rate was 60 +/- 3 now its range is 80-95. I’m doing fine just no energy. Gonna get the big shock to reset it on Friday June 13th what could go wrong. Maybe I’ll be ready when the Mini 5 comes out. It will also give me more time to learn. Maybe I’ll consider the 107.

Sorry to hear about your situation! I don't know anything about heart Afib (other than knowing this term), but perhaps you can look into a smart swatch that has ECG monitoring. I believe Samsung Galaxy watches (and Apple watches of course, and maybe some others) have this feature. Not sure if this would be any use to you as it is only advisory.

Take care...

Thanks, I have worn an Apple Watch for years that is how I knew it had returned was high heart rate alerts. Hope you never have to experience Afib. I’ll get through it but it means a life style change as it’s not curable only manageable.
