Hello,
I'm from Long Island but moved out to Southwest where I've purchased and have flown my Mavic Pro - with pretty good range.
I've flown here in areas with and without residential and commercial interference. I have seen in dense areas typically I'm averaging 1-1.5 miles and in sparse areas 2-3 miles.
I looked at DJI's website on the GEO Map and Kennedy Airport and Republic Airport are restricted no fly-zones. Everywhere else on the map in Long Island is either no/warning zones. I'm planning on flying back around Long Island, I would like to know the range of flying Mavic Pro in Long Island?
