Flying drones in Myrtle Beach

Any pilots fly in the Myrtle Beach area? Wondering if they have any flight restrictions for drone flights?

I have flown there and in Murrells Inlet area before, I didn't have any issues as long as I was far enough away from the airport and the hospital heli landing pads, I also didn't get any flack from anyone but YMMV. I don't know of any specific local ordinances that prohibit flying.

Yeah, but as "Retired Law Enforcement" you have a "get out of jail free" card!

I can't say about Local Ordinances but you do need to look at the FAA UAS DATA MAP for flight restrictions

My bad, I just assume that people know to check FAA UAS map and check for local TFR's etc.
