The DJI unlocking website requires altitude and time range ... but entering time range is impossible.
Anyone ever seen this before? Looks like the site is broken.
I've tried two different desktop web browsers. Sent email to support at DJI.

Finally, controls appeared on the page for Start Date and End Date.

I didn't do anything different .... except maybe clicked on the "circle" option instead of "polygon"
And I did get into a chat with DJI support. (Possibly they reset the server? I rather doubt that.)

I had the same experience in the last day or so. It seems to be caused in the field above, where you draw the area, if it’s not complete. Although i used polygon, and the vertices I used showed a shaded polygon, i did not put in the final point on top of the original, so it seems that the polygon was not properly described. When I did add the final point, the date and time field opened for input. I think that “circle” may not have that problem because a circle is defined only by center and radius, and there are default values for them as soon as you select circle.

Help! I can't get the date / time range window to appear to complete the unlocking application. I havent used this for some time but it used to open. I don't use the custom unlocking as I don't have files / documents to submit for authorization. I only use the Zone Unlocking. Also weirdly the map appears but with out the types of restricted areas highlighted on the map. Appreciate any assistance to get the unlock permission
Thanks! Adam

DJI did away with the Unlocking Procedure here in the USA, did they not elsewhere ??

Hi Blue Heeler. Thanks for responding. DJI responded to my cry for help yesterday. You are correct, I don't have to request permission any more.....at least for the area concerned. Thanks again!
Cheers
Adam
