follow me option while droning backwards

For cinema graphic effect, can Mavic Pro film a person walking (on eye level and close-up) while droning backwards consistently at 3-5 feet from the subject? What about doing while the whole filming solo?
Doable with Phantom 4 Pro?
Any advice/tips will help!

Can you explain what you mean by "droning backwards"? Do you mean that you want the Mavic to fly backward while it tracks the subject?

That's correct - using a 4 Active Track Enabled Backward Flying mode.

Did you or anyone else experimented with it? How did the video turn out in terms of quality? I plan to use the setting for wedding.
It will be a deal breaker in my debate between Phantom 4 Pro and Mavic Pro.

Should work the same with either aircraft although there would be an extra layer of protection with the backwards avoidance sensors on the P4P. Mavic pro has a narrower field of view which would allow the shot to appear closer while the aircraft is a little further away from the subject. Active track also wants you to be at 5m height before it'll let you track. With some understanding of how the system works though you could get the shot.

That said in an actual live wedding setting with guests it would not be a smart idea to have a drone in close proximity especially in an autonomous flight mode. Different if your talking about wedding pics away from the general guests and anyone in proximity is OK and aware of the risks involved.
