Forward vision sensor error on brand new Mavic 4 Pro

That's simply not true. DJI USA has stated that they will use their best efforts to facilitate the 1 year warranty from the U.S. for all Adorama sales by sourcing the necessary refurbs from DJI Canada, entirely at their expense, and any pilot caused damage repairs will be charged based upon their repair estimate. It's not a guarantee, because the Customs holds are still delaying shipments, but they are doing their level best to help! If one doesn’t make it through, they'll ship another. Just don't expect a normal 10 day turnaround. Might take 60 days.
Can you show me where DJI said this?

Not only does the "What's in the box" listing on Adorama state "Limited 1 year DJI Warranty," but DJI USA confirmed everything I wrote above in a contemporaneous telephone conversation I had with a supervisor in charge of all warranty issues to verify the warranty coverage. You can call them yourself and confirm it. Phone number is above in Post #8.

I have called them and they said no warranty services are being offered to US Buyers of Mavic 4 Pro. Adorama took stock from another Country so it's no different then buying from Korea. They simply aren't able to do it. So I guess we'll see if any adorama buyer here ever needs Warranty.

Good Luck, let us know how things go. My guess is your M4P has a faulty sensor that did not get noticed.

DJI will NOT warranty in the U.S. if you purchased elsewhere BUT THEY WILL probably give you the information for one of their enterprise model shops and they may fix it there. DJI wont cover your cost to ship it to korea and that can run you almost 100 bucks. But they won't abandon you simply because you reside in the U.S.
DJI probably goes this route for now because shipping the Batteries overseas can be a real pain.

This is a concern. I bought from Adorama in the US but DJI will still not support the drone..They have no way of getting products back into the US. It's a real crap shoot buying one of these in the US if you need repair. Even minor damage cannot be fixed.
Yeah definitely a big gamble having one of these big boys

So my Korean seller, being a nice guy, sent me a shipping label, to ship the drone back. I was chatting with DJI support yesterday and they claim they will need only the drone and the RC. But this statement of yours "shipping batteries overseas" concerns me now. While I am planning to send the drone unit alone, no batteries and etc, DJI support mentioned sending RC as well, which has batteries in it. Now, you might be asking, how did I get the drone then at first place. I bought this fly more combo, which comes with 3 batteries. and it was shipped with Fedex. Dunno, maybe seller did not disclose that package had batteries, and, maybe, Korean Fedex does not care, I am little concerned if Fedex here would not pick on me what am I shipping overseas and etc. Maybe I am just overthinking here, stressing for nothing....

Also, do you guys think, that Korean seller, will he be able to open a case for this drone with DJI support, as drone is registered under my name, my DJI account. Maybe I should be opening a case with DJI for repair, its just when I switch DJI support page to Korea, I am getting Korean language, that unfortunately I cannot read. Any suggestions what should I do?
