One day, you will be able to.Good vid mate, impressive place, shame we can’t go and see it.
Regards
It's always a nasty feeling losing a Drone, most of us had, But I have insurance and DJI care. Thankyou.John, really nice mate.
First half was fine, really good on my screen, the FPV was grainy though, might have been the light I guess.
(Actually I realise now you meant the FPV 'fast' bit, not first typo.)
That's one gorge that's not on the walking list by the looks, but it is awesome !
We were there in 2017 as part of a huge 12,600km drive 5 states, the Pilbara is amazing, can't wait to get to the Kimberley sometime.
Must have hurt a bit losing the mini 2, but at least it was one of the lower cost drones used.
The MM2 and the DJI FPV have amazing GPS systems, you can really push them hard. The P4P is not so good, its getting old tech now. I felt a lot more confident in going deep with the MM2, its small and is solid, stability. The FPV is a young racehorse and just wants to move fastOh dang, wanted to ask, and comment about a couple of spots in the video . . .
1:30 was puckering a little seeing the drone moving left towards the wall !
That low in the gorge, did you have decent GPS or was it in atti ?
Signal also pretty decent, which drone was used for that ??
4:08 all that asbestos coming down the wall !!
Yes I think is!Oh dang, wanted to ask, and comment about a couple of spots in the video . . .

Yes I think it is asbestos. Until quite recently it was mined there. In its natural state as in the vid it is not harmful. There are large areas of previous mining are now cordoned off, I think for a very long time.Oh dang, wanted to ask, and comment about a couple of spots in the video . . .
