FPV app discussion?

Hi folks,

Was grabbing the new (and fixed??) GO 4.1.18 off the play store tonite and noticed some FPV apps like CAVU. Seems like a great idea in lieu of buying the full blown goggles if they work okay . I believe we have a Google Cardboard kicking around the house somewhere, so I thought I might give it a whirl at some point.

Has anyone tried CAVU or similar apps and can offer some feedback? Found about two insubstantial mentions in a search, but would be interested to hear more impressions, if anyone's tried? Thx,

I use Litchi for FPV, it works well and has head track and gimbal track functions, its wierd to turn your head left and right and have the quad follow and takes some getting used to, but i do like the idea of looking up and down to move the camera.
