I recently purchased some Freewell ND/ PL filters and am happy with them. I decided to purchasde a CPL filter that is adjustable When I put it on my Mavic Zoom I keep getting a "gimble overload warning."
Has anybody had this experience before? My only recourse is to return it?

Not exactly the same but I use a Freewell adjustable ND filter on my M2P & don't get a gimble overload.
I have standard Freewell ND and PL filters for my M2P,. The versatility and simpler logistics of the VND filters make a whole lot more sense. Do you see any drawbacks to them? Do you recommend them?

For some reason, since my last post the Freewell filter is not causing an gimble over-load anymore. I took it off and put it on 3 times and kept getting the overload. I finally decided to try it yesterday before I returned it and everything worked fine? I'm not sure what changed?
