It's been a while since I posted a message here. Last week I went flying over a nearby river and tried out a few Intelligent fly modes (mostly active track) and Fixed wing mode on my Mavic Pro.
Afterwards I editted the video, but this time I tried to use the music as leading for the video.

Is the banked turn at the start a consequence of fixed wing mode? If so what control inputs were used during it?

Yes, this was in fixed mode. At that moment you only use the left stick, this can fly the drone left or right or go up and down. The right stick isn't needed (unless you want to increase or decrease speed).

The drone will always fly forward at a set speed when you enable the fixed mode. So it won't stop when you let go of the stick!
