That's how I've always done itFYI...
You can also connect a micro usb on the side or usb c on the bottom.
Connect the Crystalsky to your computer,
Open the system manager( middle button)
You will see a message" USB connected"
Tap on this message, this will take you to a screen to turn on USB Storage.
After your computer recognizes the the Crystalsky, you can browse through
both internal and micro sd card (only slot 1).
Tranfer all the files you want to and from the Crystalsky

Yes; that's always worked for me too. I'm not trying to do that. I flew without the SD card in the drone and was trying to get the low res versions that get written to the CS off the CS.I dlthe images and videos from an SD card I use in my drone by removing and inserting it into my computer’s card reader. Has never failed.
