I made the mistake of leaving the SD card out of the bird. As a result, some of the images are only available in "Gallery" on the CS. I've never spent any time at all outside of Go4. How the heck do I transfer these to a USB stick? I know they're low res, but really need them. Any ideas?

Thanks all; finally got it figured out. What a POS operating system! Took something like 12 clicks to transfer a single image. Now I know why I've been using a mac all my life.

FYI...
You can also connect a micro usb on the side or usb c on the bottom.
Connect the Crystalsky to your computer,
Open the system manager( middle button)
You will see a message" USB connected"
Tap on this message, this will take you to a screen to turn on USB Storage.
After your computer recognizes the the Crystalsky, you can browse through
both internal and micro sd card (only slot 1).
Tranfer all the files you want to and from the Crystalsky

Good Luck

That's how I've always done it

Just tried it on my MacBook Pro. No dice; Will try pc next. Tried it on a PC too. Nada. Must be doing something wrong.

Update: Tried the USB C connector at the bottom; That works on the PC; Crystal Sky shows up in Explorer (on the PC). Still doesn't work on the Mac, but no matter; as long as I can get the images dumped to a thumb drive (or on my network somewhere), I'm good.
Thanks all.

I dlthe images and videos from an SD card I use in my drone by removing and inserting it into my computer’s card reader. Has never failed.

Yes; that's always worked for me too. I'm not trying to do that. I flew without the SD card in the drone and was trying to get the low res versions that get written to the CS off the CS.
