Gimbal Calibration Fails Mini 2

Hey folks, if anyone has any advice please? I have a mini 2, bought as demo from DJI (my second mini 2) which, since purchasw has not been able to calibrate its' gimbal properly. Ive tried auto calibration on the ground several times now, says its complete and when im in the air the photos look like this.. the horizon is not flat! Ive tried FOV and follow modes, and i usually have to resort to recalibration manually whilst flying, which does sort of work. One thing I've noticed is that when you hod the drone in your hand and tilt it, the gimbal motor makes a little noise when its adjusting like its under some stress. Thoughts appreciated? Thankyou! Seems pretty involved, il give it a shot and let you know how it goes, just out of interest - how is this different to the on board calibration within the drone itself? Cheers, Claire
