Gimbal Ground Lock Warning Pennant

Hi there, I thought I would share this idea with you - for those who might forget to remove their camera gimbal lock!

I simply glued a short length of 6mm Hi Viz ribbon tape to my lock, which tells you immediately if it is still fitted to your Mavic prior to powering up......

As a further enhancement, I wouldn't let that long ribbon dangle free like that because it could pull on your gimbal lock and possibly damage your gimbal roll motor back cover. You could get a piece of velcro, attach it to the end of the ribbon, then to the top of the Mavic to take up the slack.
