Gimbal imu data error 40021, without crash

Hi everyone,
Everything was working fine, until i updated to the latest m3 firmware.

It never crashed, i havent replaced the gimbal, i hardly had time to fly it.

Now i am in Iceland and wanted to take it for a flight... it gives me 40021 error and on top of that, it shows both internal memory and any SD cards as N/A...

Good that i took my m2p with me as well, but this is really silly.

Any suggestion? Help?

Hi everyone,

Phone screen is blank, cannot see the camera view. Drone say error 40021.

I have the DJI Air 2s. Flew it a few times previously, there was no problem.

But when trying to fly it today got the following problem. The screen on my phone (IPhone 11 Pro) is greyed out. I can fly the drone without any issues but there is no image being recorded.

I tried the following but in vain:

1) Switched off both Remote Control and Drone & switched back on.
2) Updated the DJI Fly app.
3) Calibrated the gimbal in the app. It says calibration successful but still cannot see anything (the camera view) on my phone.


I also tried to format the SD card, but it says Unavailable.

Also I cannot switch between video & photo modes, it says "Shooting in progress. Unable to switch mode".

Could you please help?
