Thanks for sharing the pictures. As soon as i saw the gimble rubber bands of the Mavic i thought it was very delicate. This bought a confidence that It could be changed locally.Replaced a rubber band and took Lots of photos. This isn't a tutorial, just Lots of picture inside a Mavic.

Defenatly try to get it back on. You may experience a a tilt in your horizon if only 1 is off. They help prevent jello'ing in your video..Great post - very useful, thank you.
I've just checked the mounts on my brand new Mavic and I see what appear to be 4 mounts but only 3 are connected over the gimbal plate lugs. The one behind the cable running from the gimbal does not appear to be holding anything. Is this normal or should I try to prise the gimbal lug into the holder? If so, any suggestions?
