Assuming you meant 7/6/2019...Might try to exchange at WM.
DJI will tel you what to send. Be sure to remove any added SD cards.
I already tried that, called their manager to speak to them she said their drone policy is 14 days maximum for returning or exchanging and she is not able to OVERRIDE it... she said that system won't allow her and that i need to contact the manufacturer...
I just did this online sending in request, it didn't tell me what parts to send to be honest unless i missed it.
I got my case number and they sent a pre paid label for me to ship it
I am going to call tomorrow before i send it in.
