Goggles Newbie questions C1/2 and 5D button.

I've just got the Goggles to go with my Mavic Pro 2. Linking was fine and easy
Just a couple of queries please.
With the Googles connected the 5D button and C1 and C2 buttons which I've already customised , now no longer work and only come back on line when the goggles are switched off. Is this correct, because I thought those buttons could be used with the Goggles.

As the on screen wizard told you at then end of binding when goggles are connected the buttons are hijacked to control the goggles' menu so you lose access to most stuff.

Many have complained about that and suggested to dji to make it optional.

OK thanks, but does that mean you can use 5D and C1 and C2 in the goggles menu because those buttons do nothing when the goggles are connected.
