Have Spain drone rules being relaxed

I came across this article which states that the drone laws in Spain have been relaxed. Can anyone validate this news?

I am traveling to Spain and need to know if it is safe to carry my drone to Spain.

nothing changed in spain as yet.
normal EU rules apply: max 120m altitude, no flying over crowds, beaches, arenas, national parks ect. and airport NFZ

I was just there in January with my mavic no problem @ all and goging back in 2 week’s

They've been relaxed in the sense that they added a decree on the 15th of December 2017 to better control drone use in the country. Prior it was simply forbidden. I've put a whole sum up on my blog as its quite a long topic but fell free to ask any specific question anytime and I will try to search it out for you.
