i am having a issues trying to get authorization in a blue area. when the software says restricted, it prompts me to request access i choose United Sates then the next thing to fill out i input the info but the united states gets removed i cannot get to SUBMIT

I get flight clearance, when needed, using AirMap as my go to app for this.
