I Went through 3 cheap drones before getting the Mavic Mini last August. Glad I made the change.

Welcome from Western North Carolina - Macon County.

The min is a good one to start out on, but you will find out it's limitations. I went from Mini to Air2 and don't even fly my Mini now - as the Air2 is far superior. I will fly the Mini when traveling to places that will require advance application for flying since the Air2 does go above the 250g limit, unlike the Mini.

Love flying my drone out on the OBX. Some great places over there for it too, along with some no fly zones you have to be careful of.
