Brand new pilot here with a Mavic 2 Pro. I am into photography also and the Mavic just seemed like the next step in my hobby. Working on flight school for the part 107 option. I am interested in finding some good locations for flying in Oregon and for general advice and help getting started.

I'm a Texan now, but I graduated from Wilson High in SW Portland. BTW, you can get a study guide for under $13 which will prepare you well for the exam.

You'll find the Mavic to be an outstanding camera platform. Can't wait to see some of your work!
