Help Please .. Why doesn't dji Fly app accept phone # or email ?????

After I load dji fly app it's asking for my phone number or my e-mail address it well not accept either. What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to over ride this question and get to the go fly green button. ???? HELP I've waster over $500 here. If I can't fly there's no reason to spend any more money with DJI.

Have you logged into the app with an email address and password? If not then go to DJI website and create an account
