Thanks, but sady it was pilot error - I clipped a tree & that caused the drone to fall into the river.

As for flight logs etc, I've no idea how to do that

Ah . . . bad luck then, I hope DDS or other results in a fixed drone ok for you.

The link bottom of that post of mine (#20) takes you to a Phantom Help page where it's VERY easy to get your flight log(s) off the viewing device (phone, ipad, tablet etc).
It's probably a good thing for you to take a look yourself, give a great overview of a flight, and you can see a lot of interesting info there.
