That particular example may be fake as it claims a 16% import tax has been imposed on Norway. The source I've found shows the tariff on Norway is actually 15%.

However, the point of that notice is otherwise totally accurate. The price you pay to Norway hasn't changed. The item still costs exactly the same as before.
But, U.S. Customs will demand an extra 15% from YOU, the importer, to cover the cost of the new tariff. That's how tariffs work.
The tariff money collected from YOU goes into the U.S. Treasury, thereby Making America Great Again.
The new tariffs are, in other words, the largest new sales tax ever imposed on American consumers.
