Horizon not straight when at a high altitude.

My Mavic's gimbal tilts 35 degrees when i go to a high altitude(above 60m) I have tried an imu calibration adjusted the gimbal role and have done a gimbal calibration has anyboy got any idea how this could be fixed. Please help

Is this if you go straight up? (No forward speed or banking)Does it suddenly happen or does it gradually get worse with altitude? When this occurs, does it do this equally as you rotate the drone around 360 degrees? Just trying to characterize what's occurring a bit more. Strange issue.
