How Bad is it ? ( Mod Changed Title )

Crashed and burned. Missing piece where lenses thread into (can't find it anywhere). Not even sure if it broke off or what...

Drone flies/camera works etc.

However, before take off the gimbal nods up and down, not sure if that is normal. ALSO, hard to control... keeps wanting to come down solo/doesn't stay in place when I release the controls.

Any ideas?

Try an imu and compass calibration, nothing much to lose at this point, I'd suggest.

Post up crash log, and also a recent flight log where it has the issue of descending.
These might show up what is happening.

Go to the sticky in this forum (Crash & Flyaway) looks at section 3 to get your TXT files.

Post up the TXT files, or get the reports up on Phantom Help and post the url link to the 2 reports.
The analyst people can look at both crash and after crash logs and see if there is anything notable there.
