How Do I Get Better Quality Video with the camera turned off?

My last two shoots, I have discovered that my finger has turned off the camera while I was shooting. The video from when the camera is turned off is unusable. Any chance of getting them to make a four hundred digit code you have to enter in order to turn the camera off mid flight?

What drone are you operating? I have never heard of being able to turn off the camera.

The way I read this is....and I'm really reaching here....you stop recording and all you left with is the low-res [screen] recording from the RC which is basically "unusable", maybe?

You don't actually turn off the camera, you start and stop recording. I forget, is there an audible "Stop recording" spoken when you hit the button like it is on the Autel?
