How do I register a new to me re-furb

Got a re-furb, need to purchase DJI refresh, and update my FAA registration. My bird has all firmware updated, I can connect, and she is ready to fly. Not without the dji refresh ins., and FAA registration. Also how do I handle that my original FAA reg. bird is in parts and all over the place. Can someone rebuild it and me be responsible for it due to the original registration. Help , and thank you.

Did you register it as a hobbyist? If so, you only registered yourself. The FAA does not know anything about the drones you're flying.
