seems like every time I call they dont understand what Im asking and this last time I had to do a replacement through DJI care refresh and the called me 3 weeks later and asked to pay for repair of parts which was like $500 or pay for the refresh (which of course I already did) and when I sent proof that I paid it took the another 2 weeks to verify and every email was 3 days apart...anyways long story short it was almost 8 weeks to get my M2P back which should have been less than 2 weeks...
