How to capture old .exe slide show?

His post says "I'd like to somehow re-capture it as a .mp4 or .mov but I'm not sure how to go about doing it"

and the next posts show it solved and done, and another software to turn pictures into a slideshow (i.e. what he already has) wouldn't help him record the already-compiled one he has, he was looking for the reverse process.

And if you read the whole post you would have known he posted the link to his EXE file in his first post and several posts down he now has the MP4 file he was looking for from a screen capture.
He seems happy with the results but if you anything that might benefit him please let us know.
