How to download video from my dji go 4 apps/account w/o video catch

I did not turn on video catch when I flew my MPP with iPad mini 4 this morning. My sd card could not be recognized or read from my pc anymore (maybe a bad sd card). I only saw photo on my dji go 4 app and no video. Is there a way to download the 20 minutes long video from my dji go 4 apps/account or dji could? Thanks.

So there is no way I can download video via dji cloud / dji account.
