how to get passed start page dji assist

I guess a dumb question but I can get my Air to attach to Assistant. Im powered up, attached, connected to internet, Launch assistant. Only one page. no option but settings and login. No tabs. ???

you need a dji account if you dont already have one. if you do just enter your details

Thanks for the reply. I My only other option is to see how to connect an Inspire drone which I dont have. Quite puzzled

Make sure your computer recognizes the MA.. Might need drivers.. Also, make sure you have the correct ver of assistant, as there are several and each only works for a cpl DJI models..
