How's this look?Fulfilled by Amazon so returns if issue, easy.

Guessing the seller is foreign based and just paying Amazon for the listing and shipping as do all Amazon 3rd party sellers.
No need to guess. The seller is clearly listed in the listing. Yes, all Chinese and all have terrible Critical Reviews. However, when it is listed as Prime Next Day delivery by Amazon, it is clearly already in stock in the U.S. in an Amazon warehouse, ready for delivery, and Amazon is making sure you are getting what is advertised, not the scammy seller.

Not all 3rd party Amazon sellers are paying Amazon for shipping fulfillment and Next Day Prime delivery. However, when these sellers do, they are agreeing to be policed by Amazon, and Amazon is the one you re dealing with on the return, should one be necessary, not the scammy seller, under the worthless A to Z Guarantee, which otherwise applies to all 3rd party sales sold and fulfilled by the 3rd party seller, where the seller can do anything they want, including charging 50% restocking fees, or claiming they never received it, or claiming you broke it!

Hibikini-US was the same store I purchased one of my Mini 5 Pro's from. No issues with the order, it arrived in 3 days and was boxed with two other orders. If I was going to buy another M4P I would still consider the DW Store from Korea, It is at $3405 with shipping stating tariff is included.

That’s nothing. There’s a creator combo on EBAY right now for $1960 plus $43 shipping. Located in the US. No reviews and joined 3 days ago. Pretty certain this is a scam.
Here's another one where a seller with zero ratings has a Creator Combo for $1,900.00
I wouldn't touch it with a 10' pole:

yeah sometimes I think Hibikini-US is one of those Korean Ebay sellers hanging out on Amazon. They should make themselves known. :)

I bought all my drones from with_us, but he started charging $200 for shipping (assuming to offset tariff cost) also I purchased my RC Pro 2 from highendhaveen, they charged $49 for expedited shipping (it was here, in Dallas, from Korea in 3 days), can't speak much about others
I think that's another aspect to look for when using eBay to purchase your high end equipment. Regardless what they charge, look for sellers who clearly points out they ship using some sort of Express or Expedited service, maybe it a SpeedPack or RapidAir....anything quick but it's not your typical 2-3 week package which is likely to come under more scrutiny. Obviously they know more about it than we do since they are using the services effectively (FedEx and UPS, not DHL) that allow them to bypass all the "hurdles." ;)

Both of above mentioned sellers I used shipped with FedEx, package was here in 3 days, no hurdles whatsoever. But maybe I just got lucky, so don’t take it for granted

Last month I paid $2161 with free shipping from the "DJI Store" on Ebay. Arrived in 4 days, drone works perfectly. I didn't get the Fly More combo or the Pro version, just the drone, one battery, and a controller. At the time it was a solid $400 less than anything I saw on Amazon, a few hundred less than others on EBay.

I *highly* doubt that this is the official DJI store. I did some Googling and found that the order was placed with company based in Hong Kong but the drone shipped from a "warehouse" in Illinois. Good reviews though, and they promptly answered by questions via. email.

The only drawback was no returns and no warranty, so you are taking a chance. I'm guessing that is the case with most transactions these days.

What they said. There are 3 SK stores I have purchased from on ebay and all 3 have been top-notch. Save yourself a grand and go there.

I also confirmed with dji that even tho I purchased from SK, drone will still be covered under 1-year warranty, much to my surprise 😮

Oh wow, I'm surprised about the warranty. Didn't think anyone got a warranty in the US unless you bought from camrise.

I don't think there's any way to confirm you actually have an effective warranty until you go to try to use it. The dji.com website shows your warranty is active tho.....

When I purchased my first M4P from SK, it arrived faulty, had to open a case with DJI, they handled my case without any issue, sent a replacement, literally same day, only thing I have to mention, I had to send my drone back to SK, they would not accept it here in US, or Canada. Seller with_us handled the return for me, had to send my faulty drone back to him, he sent it to DJI SK they sent him a replacement that he forwarded to me. Not as straight forward, but worked out well for me, so working with a reputable SK seller is very important, if you decide to invest into these, not-so-cheap toys
