I am puzzled, what do viewers get from videos shot in supposedly scenic places..........

where a large proportion of the video is either
a) selfies often so closely cropped that no scenery is visible or
b) footage of feet walking, sometimes in slow motion.
I really do not 'get' such footage, it could be shot near enough anywhere.

Im making short films shot entirely from drones. If ya dot like it, dont watch it. Why do ya have to knock people for filming what they want or what film school they attended. I suppose youre a very sought after "Cinemaphotographer" or do you just film what you like too?

I think a couple of people got the message of your post backwards, but never mind.
Personally, I little of the film making / story telling is ok, but the main 'feature' has to be 'wide angle' to keep me interested.
