I can’t turn on my Mavic Air remote controller

Hi All, I have a new Mavic Air flown it once yesterday excellent but today I can’t turn on the remote controller. It’s fully charged but nothing no lights at all, except when I plug it into the charger all four lights come on.
Can anyone help?

Are you powering it on properly? Press the power button quickly and release it -- press it again and hold it for a few seconds.

Maybe a faulty power button? Are you sure you're pressing the power button at the top, right?

Yes mate, it was working fine yesterday !

Is your Mavic Air brand new? You should be able to swap it out with the seller or send it into DJI to be repaired.

Yes, only got it for Christmas , I will take it back on Saturday to the shop where my wife got it and see what they say.
