I cannot change frequencies

Hello - In my DJI Go App - I cannot change frequencies. I should have the option under the HD tab - but nothing (please see screenshot). I am using an iphone 6 plus, Controller, Aircraft and App are all latest firmware. Any ideas?

I am in Europe and can not change the frequencies either. It might be a geographical thing.

I live in California (US) - I believe it is ok here.

Anyone have any ideas. I tried reinstalling the current firmware, I tried downgrading firmware, and I also tried to reinstall DJI go4
