Well, it turns out that the person interested, never contacted me, so I'm afraid that my little 'gig' went by the wayside.
Now that the job has fallen to the way side, you have time to breath, but make it short, you have received a lot of advice thus far, did you learn anything from it?
First off, my Part 107 is for fun so I can fly where Rec Flyers cannot… so my advice is limited…
Assuming you are Part 107 licensed, you need to consider what you can provide. Do you have a computer that can process 4K imagery, not everyone has one. Do you have the software to process that imagery, do you know how to use that software?
Have you reviewed the web sites of different Drone Service Providers, Some post past projects on line so you can see what a particular job provides and they might even give specifics (DVD, Flash Drive, Web Hosting, etc…) and their price…
Have you even gone out and tried to build a whole video like a Real Estate video? You might not be able to do this, skill, knowledge, eye for framing, etc…
I think you are putting the cart before the horse. You definitely needed to talk to the customer and find out what their expectations are as compared to your ability to meet those expectations…
Good Luck, now the real work begins…
