Idea: slower gimbal rates on C mode

Anyone think it might be nice to have different gimbal vertical pan rates for the different flight modes? Faster for S mode and slower for C mode. I like to use S mode to get into location for filming and then C mode for the smoother movements. I also use the camera to line up shots, check clearance from obstacles so like to have quicker gimbal movement, but it then makes smooth filming harder

Can't you set the gimbal movement settings in the app under the "Control" menu "Advanced Gimbal Settings"
You just need to quickly change the pitch speed and then change it back again

You can indeed, though it's a little fiddly to do mid-flight. Changing between flight modes is much easier and could be made to include preset gimbal rates for each mode.

I'm not sure if other models have it but again it'd make sense. If they'd be willing to do this for the mini is another thing.
Hopefully during the year the larger models will move over to the dji fly app and product development might enable this. Technically it's only adding a few extra parameters. My car remembers stiff steering, fast throttle response and soft suspension in sport but stiff everything in sport+. All user configurable on the car so I can't see why it's isn't possible as an option in the app. Hell, even preset camera settings might be nice.
