Idea to function in APP, or does it already exists

I've sometimes thought of the idea of using Autopilot or Litchi to focus on a POI that is another phone with a "slave" app.

It could be used to have a phone on a boat that sailed on a lake, and you could then stand on land and steer and concentrate on flying the drone, and it would always focus on the boat.
Or you could be at a motor race and let one of the cars carry the phone and you could stand on the sidelines and be a pilot, and let the app concentrate on letting the camera follow the car.

There’s the Litchi leash app which will allow the Mavic to follow someone else besides the pilot who has the leash app running on their phone
