Hi all! I recently upgraded to the iPhone 12 Pro Max. After flying my Mavic Air 2 this afternoon, I noticed that I was having huge connectivity issues between my RC controller and the drone. No App settings have been changed accidentally.
I switched back to my old iPhone XS as a test, and everything appeared normal again. The range had returned to my drone.
*Before you ask, yes I’ve updated all Apps/Firmware and went through every calibration again. This isn’t my first rodeo.
I’m wondering if the range deterioration has anything to do with the new MagSafe connector on the back of the new iPhones? It sits right on top of the new top antenna of the MA2 controller. ????
Anyone else have any of these problems flying with their new iPhone 12? Thanks!
